Yager aggregation operators based on complex interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy information and their application in decision making

Abstract As a more massive feasible and prominent tool than the complex interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy (CIVPF) set intuitionistic (CIVIF) set, q-rung orthopair (CIVQROF) has been usually used to represent ambiguity vagueness for real-life decision-making problems. In this paper, we firstly proposed some distance measures, Yager operational laws, their comparison method. Further, developed CIVQROF weighted averaging (CIVQROFYWA), ordered (CIVQROFYOWA), geometric (CIVQROFYWG), (CIVQROFYOWG) operators with information, certain well-known properties outstanding results are explored in detail. Moreover, new valuable technique handling multi-attribute problems information. Lastly, practical evaluation regarding high blood pressure diseases of patient is evaluated illustrate feasibility worth approaches.
